Except I noticed I didn’t want to live the same day as yesterday.
Yes, I got up, made myself coffee after making the cat breakfast.
Yes, I checked my phone for notifications and new Substack posts, like my daily Starfire Codes message that comes in like the epitome of divine timing to ingest with my first hot tasty sip.
As I caught up on my daily reading, I was tuned in to noticing a yearning I didn’t have yesterday. And it was finally strong enough to kick my butt into action.
I’ve been meaning to resurrect MY version of sharing and to resume voicing my ideas and reflections through the moniker Post Post Modern. I had a Telegram channel for a while and attempted a few podcasts that I really enjoyed creating. I stopped only because I wanted to put the phone down for a while and create things with my hands.
I am aware that I have a limited amount of time here.
And I’m also aware that my gifts and purpose are musical in nature~ I’m not a writer.
But I do have curiosity. I do love exploring ideas.
And I do love humanity.
I love humans enough to plug back in and offer what little comfort my garnered wisdom may provide through some words on a post or podcast.
I can’t help but notice we seem to be going through something collectively.
It’s like we’re entering the tight end of the spiral as the dance of life squeezes us into becoming better versions of ourselves. Or else…!
I’d like to offer you a space to find rest or whimsy, a place outside of dualities & binaries, a world that asks you to remember that our dreams really do come true…
…when we allow ourselves to remember who we are and what we are capable of by turning off the noise and returning to what’s real.
Welcome to Post Post Modern.
Let’s play.
