I promise not to poison myself with the GLUTEN before my next zoom with you, should we ever do it again! Sakes alive, I really did struggle though that whole thing. :) With my face :) But it's okay. Haha. No, I don't normally blink twenty times a minute. I just really cannot go anywhere NEAR the glutens. Thanks for interviewing me ! That was fun.

I can't even tell you what these words mean to me "Amy is what I consider to be the epitome of a supportive and much valued member of our stacking community. Not only does she give her time and attention to reading and ingesting the pieces we post, but she also tends to leave incredibly thoughtful comments, indicating her sincere appreciation for our efforts. If ever I feel that I may have missed the mark with my offering, Amy is there to ensure me that what I’ve shared has some value to her. She is a true team-player, applauding our successes each step of the way." Wow. I have no words. Thank you.

You are so welcome, sister! Just callin it like I see it! 😘

Oh I'm so delighted that Jacqueline took those words right out of my mouth!

A friend wears a tee shirt that says 'Free Gluten' with a little gluten blob behind bars ;-) From your statements (haven't yet watched) perhaps Gluten should be reincarcerated. But I'm certain your sniffles might merely make you human, something where I've had my doubts when seeing your prodigious offerings, my friend.

I just love how you say things, Tereza. I can't even say it with words. I would rather let you do it for me.

I like that gluten shirt, by the way. That's cute.

I LOVE how you expressed this!!

How do I love thee both? Let me count the ways. Jacqueline, your word 'whimsical' was perfect for the particular charm that is Amy. And finding something so funny it's beyond laughing. I can so relate to that! And did we catch when she threw out, "Well of course if you can create anything, you're going to start with a Sasquatch in a suit with Italian shoes." Well, of course.

And Amy, you just tossed out "At that time I was riding my bike 25 mi. to my cement job because I'd lost my license for not paying child support." Whew! What's the Hemingway challenge of the most poignant story in the fewest words? "For sale: baby shoes. Never been worn." Your casual phrase had so much between the words.

I love that you talk about love. So unapologetically. And cry, so we know you mean it. I love you too. I've been thinking a lot about that sense of knowing others are there, even if something happens and we can't talk to each other. It really does change everything. And do you know where Ratio has gone? Did I already ask you that?

I also love Blessed Unrest by Paul Hawken, I have it right here on my shelf. I quote from it in my book and also in this episode: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/when-words-die-worlds-die. I think you'd also like The Dawn of Everything by David Graeber & David Wengrow. It talks about women-run indigenous societies, which I cite in this: https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/when-mothers-ran-the-world.

And I have to show off my episodes where Amy's art took them to a whole new level:

the original https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/i-mage-a-nation, https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/genesis-and-the-naked-deception and https://thirdparadigm.substack.com/p/a-royal-flush-and-irish-pharaohs.

We need to tempt more people into totally cheating by having their own AI-me ;-) Thank you both for this delightful conversation!

Aw man. Where to start. I was thinking of you when I said that. You are important to me! Also, I am sorry I screwed up Paul Hawken's name. Sorry, Paul. The biking while doing construction thing, yeah. That was the beginning of a dark period. I will check out the book you mentioned and the episode where you refer to his book. Thank you. You are such a great researcher. I look forward to it. And thank you for including those links with my prompts. AI - me? That's cute, you are one quick witted individual, but in this day and age, I am not going to claim that one. Nice play on words though. As for Ratio, I tried calling him. I knew his real name, I never told anyone. I looked him up and his business page was still up, but no one was answering his phone. I texted him that I would leave him alone if he didn't answer me after that last text. He didn't answer, so I removed his phone number from my phone and his doodles from my computer. I hope he's okay. I wonder why he just disappeared? Hopefully it was only from substack for personal reasons. Peace to him.

Glad you caught the AI-me ;-)

That worries me more about Ratio. Definitely wishing him the best.

Next time it will probably just be fun, since I am all warmed up now. Haha. I was having an out of body experience. When it was done, I felt like no time had passed. I have to go focus on "work work" today. Blessings to you too.

Indeed! I did my first ever podcast interview in December and I was way more nervous then ever performing for thousands of people, Lol. I do feel it broke the ice and I’m more warmed up for my next one. Have a beautiful day! ✨💖✨🤗

I am so enjoying meeting my dear beautiful Substack friends. (Whenever you’re ready.....;)

I'm afraid that I don't follow preplanned scripts very well. I admire your guests for doing so, though 🙏💜🙏 Kudos to them

Expand full comment

It’s just questions that are planned- nothing more! I want to provide Substack readers with some value for their time. Our conversations are all unscripted and born purely of the moment. Quite a beautiful experience actually. But suit yourself, my brother! ✨

Thank you Jacqueline 🙏💜🙏 You are most gracious and the work you are doing is extremely valuable. If you feel that I can add to that I will most graciously accept your invitation. I look forward to meeting your guests of future podcasts. Namaste 🙏

I love this!!

If you would prefer, we can just talk, Elliot! I don’t need to ask you any preplanned questions. 🙂

Expand full comment

Okay well maybe that's the way to go, although, I think if you have a uniform set of questions that everyone abides by then it's only fair to the others that I follow those too. I'll deal with it, no worries. .. Just speaking off the cuff here 🙏😜🙏

Thank you for interviewing one of my favorite people in the world! I'm saving the interview to savor after my dance class but I can clearly see I need a new sub to add to my stack--yours! Lovely to get someone I only know in 2D space into 3D with a voice and face. Looking forward to the listen!
