Sometimes you have to suspend yourself above them and watch yourself and situations from the eye of an eagle. You can see a clearer picture of the past and future and how time interlaced together with the present.

Sometimes we get lost, or become fearful, reactive to what we see down here on the ground. We can lose our sense of purpose and direction. Lose hope.
My practice of ‘zooming out’ is not done with the intention to disconnect/not care about the events that effect us all, but to restore my alignment and keep my well full, so that I am able to zoom back in and be of service, with love and light to give. It’s my way of putting my oxygen mask on and restoring faith! ❤️✨⭐️🦋
Thank you! Yes, that's so beautiful. I love how well you express it - Zoom out like a lens. I find myself zoning out, which is different because sometimes I don't want to return when I zone out. Lol. But when you zoom out, you want to take the time to examine situations from another perspective. Plus, it gives you a break and allows you to realign yourself.
